SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Here at Her Favorite we take pride in getting you your orders on time and in tact. Depending on your location, All shipping in the US is sent Priority and takes 7-10 business days from your placed order for processing & delivery. All custom orders take 14-28 business days from your purchase date depending on specifics posted in product description. All custom pieces vary.
All items are final sale. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply contact us regarding the matter. We do not offer returns but exchanges or store credits can be made. After contacting us about the matter simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items for exchange should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a exchange on receipt, excluding the original delivery. Alternatively, if preferred we can issue a store credit as well.
Pre Order Goods are shipped starting on the date listed in the information section of the specific product.
Goods will only be accepted for exchange if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
